If the touching leads to the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhi) however, then of course the wudu is nullified. Correction (0:13:30): it is not the case that the Hanafis don't permit wiping on the jawrab (see Maraqi al-Falah, for example) - they impose a number of conditions for its validity (such as the jawrab being impermeable to water), but certainly don't regard it as being unconditionally invalid.
